Who uses these applications

These are personal applications. Access is restricted to an allow-list of Google accounts (currently only the owner, gili.rubin@gmail.com). Anyone else who signs in is refused and no data about them is stored.

What data is accessed, and why

Bills (bills.gilrubin.com) requests the following Google permissions:

• Your email address — to check that you are on the allow-list.
• Google Calendar events (calendar.events) — to create one event per bill on its payment date, and to mark it as paid. It does not read or change other events.
• Google Drive (drive) — to save paid, stamped invoices into folders you already own and chose for this purpose. It does not read, change or delete other files.

Uploaded bills are read by an AI model (Google Gemini) to extract the amount, due date, and payment details. Bill data is stored in a private database used only by this application.

What is not done

• Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
• Google user data is used only to provide the features above, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
• No payment is ever made by the application; payments are made by the user on the vendor's website.

Retention and deletion

You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete all stored data, email the address below and it will be removed within 30 days.
